Best day EVER!!

exciting day for me! I am down to 191.4 pounds! I have a goal that I wanted to hit 190 lbs by December 31st at midnight and I really think I will be hitting it for sure. I’m thinking about creating a new goal to hit December 31st. This makes me so happy!
Here are the rest of my goals to hit by December 31st at midnight

·          Weigh 190 pounds
·          Run 5 miles (in one shot)
·          Faithfully (2 shakes per day) stick to the Body By Vi for two solid weeks
·          100 crunches - twice a week, every week

I have a plan written out that will help me obtain my 5 mile run by New Years.

1.        2.45 miles by November 19
2.        2.90 miles by November 26
3.        3.35 miles by December 3
4.        3.80 miles by December 10
5.        4.25 miles by December 17
6.        4.70 miles by December 24
7.        5.00 miles by December 31

I really think that will get me to my goal, and hopefully help me along my way to weight loss as well. It will be exciting to be able to say I ran 5 miles!
