I started my day off by getting myself up at 6:30AM and ran for 25 minutes on the treadmill. I feel fabulous today! I only ran 1.50 miles this morning but I am still proud of my accomplishment since I was running short for time. Having it done in the morning makes my day feel less stressful, knowing that I have my run under my belt already!
I'm a tad bit happy this morning.
