Last night was productive, apparently. I didn’t think I was having a good day food wise since I was eating every treat in eyesight. I am down to 190.8 lbs this morning though! So very close to my weight goal for December 31st that I did not think I would even be close to.
I did do my 200 seconds of plank last night after P90x Abs Ripper X, and the night before I did my goal run (4.28 miles). Those two could possibly be the key to my little success but I am still floored that I dipped so low in weight. Last week I was teetering at 195-196 lbs, and I lost all faith in myself. This week, I have a different mentality: I am working out, trying to relax a bit, drinking two Body by Vi shakes daily, styling my hair again, and trying my hardest to have a positive outlook. Again, it is only Wednesday but I am having amazing progress with what I am trying. I just hope I can keep this up.

To reward myself for my progress, (since I hit goal weight #2) I have ordered myself a subscription to my favorite magazines: Lou Lou Magazine, Cosmopolitan, & Self.

Congrat's on your progress! I totally know what you mean about blogging keeping you accountable. It forces you to stay on your target. So great job :)
