Study Microeconomics every night (no excuses)
3.
Workout 6 nights this week (no
excuses)
4.
4 planks this week (minimum 60
seconds)
5.
Spend some time reading this
week
6.
Two shakes per day!
7.
Do not give into (sweet)
cravings (in week two of challenge)
8.
Update my iPod and create a
running folder
Remember, these are little things that are
easily accomplished. Take it one step at a time.
